Southern Meatloaf with Cornbread

SOTHERN Meatloaf with cornbread

Ingredients

1.5 cups ketchup

1 cup apple sauce

1 pkg EPICURE Smoking BBQ sauce mix

1 pkg EPICURE Classic Meatloaf seasoning

1 lb ground meat of your choice

1 egg

½ small onion finely chopped

1 green pepper chopped

EPICURE Sea Salt, EPICURE Black Pepper(grinder) to taste

DIRECTIONS

Place first 3 ingredients in 8 cup Multipurpose Pot, let it simmer for 10 minutes.

In 4c Prep Bowl mix meat, egg, seasoning and veggies. Mix well, place in Rectangular Steamer , cover with lid and microwave for 4 minutes.

Remove meatloaf from microwave, spread sauce on top and microwave for another minute 1 minute.

Serve with Cheese Japaleno Cornbread made with this recipe.
