Alfredo Chicken & Broccoli Skillet

Ingredients

1 sweet potato

1 white potato

350 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1 tsp Olive oil

1/4 tsp EPICURE SPG

1 tsp EPICURE Nourish Broth

1 pkg EPICURE Alfredo Sauce Mix

1 1⁄2 cups milk, your choice

2 cups fresh broccoli florets or broccolini

1⁄2 cup grated cheese, your choice

EPICURE Sea Salt, EPICURE Black Pepper(grinder) to taste

DIRECTIONS

Using y peeler peel potatoes. Place cubed potatoes in Rectangular Steamer, cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes.

Heat oil over medium-high heat in a Sauté Pan, add chicken sprinkled with SPG and Nourish Broth. Sauté for 10 minutes.

Remove from the pan. Pour milk into the pan whisk in Alfredo sauce mix . Let it thicken. Add chicken, broccoli, potatoes and cheese of your choice.

Serve with Balsamic Vinaigrette salad.

Swap chicken for beans to make a tasty vegetarian version.
