Cheesy Taco Pasta

CHEESY TACO PASTA

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 lbs (675 g) lean ground beef, chicken or turkey

1 pkg EPICURE Taco Seasoning

1 cup water

1 tomato, diced

1 red pepper, diced

1 cup broccoli florets, chopped

1⁄2 cup crumbled feta

4 cups cooked pasta shells

Toppings (optional): chopped green onion

EPICURE Sea Salt, EPICURE Black Pepper(grinder) to taste

DIRECTIONS

In a sauté pan over medium heat, brown beef for 8–10 min, breaking up meat frequently using Ground Meat Separator. Drain excess fat. 

Stir seasoning with water; add to pan. Dice veggies with Prep Pro Chef Knife and add to the sauté pan. Simmer for 5 min, or until thickened. 

Fill 12 c Multipurpose Pot with water and cook pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Add pasta, sprinkle with feta cheese and green onion, if desired.
