My philosophy has always been food first. Real food, prepared well, eaten with intention — it is the foundation of everything. That's what the recipes on this site are built around.

But here's the honest truth I've learned after years of coaching:

Even the cleanest diet rarely delivers all 90 essential nutrients consistently. The gaps are real. And for women navigating midlife — shifting hormones, changing metabolism, bone density concerns, energy fluctuations — those gaps matter more than ever.
