Turkey Mac

Ingredients

1 recipe prepared EPICURE Mac & Cheese

2 C (500 ml) chopped cooked turkey

1 C (250 ml) prepared Epicure Savoury Herb Gravy

1 C (250 ml) frozen peas

1 C (250 ml) prepared stuffing (optional)

Epicure Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).

Prepare Mac and Cheese in Epicure 12 Multipurpose Pot according to instructions on the package. Stir prepared Mac & Cheese with turkey, gravy, and peas.

Divide between 4 baking dishes. Crumble stuffing loosely over top.

Place dishes on a 1/4 Sheet Pan lined with 1/4 sheet Pan Liner

Bake 15-18 minutes, until warm and bubbly.
