Poke Bowl
POKE BOWL
Ingredients
1 c brown rice/ 2 c water
1 pkg EPICURE Poke Bowl Dressing Mix
EPICURE Better than Mayo
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 c cooked shrimp
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1tbsp soya sauce
1/3 yellow zucchini
1/3 green zucchini
½ c green peas
EPICURE Poke Bowl Topper
EPICURE Sea Salt to taste
EPICURE Black Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Rinse rice and place in Round Steamer add water, cover with lid and microwave for 18 minutes.
Prepare Mayo according to instructions on the package. Once made add water, soya sauce and 2 tbsp Poke Bowl Dressing mix, whisk with our mini whisk.
Mix vinegar, soya sauce sesame oil, remaining Poke dressing in 4 Cup Prep Bowl, add shrimp, mix well and let it marinate.
Using Veggie Twist & Spiral Slicer make zoodles and ribbons with veggies. Arrange all ingredients in the bowl. Sprinkle with Poke Bowl topper. Enjoy!
