BBQ Garden Queso Blanco Pizza

BBQ GARDEN QUESO BLANCO PIZZA

Ingredients

1/2-1 tsp EPICURE Ancho Lime

1 tbsp olive oil

1/3 - 1/2 c zucchini

1/3 - 1/2 c red onion

1/3 - 1/2 c tomatoes

1/3 - 1/2 C mushrooms

2 Naan breads

1/2 tsp EPICURE Ancho Lime

1/2 tsp EPICURE Roasted Garlic Aioli

1 tbsp olive oil

1 pkg EPICURE Queso Blanco

1/4-1/2 tsp Southwest Ranch

1.5 c milk

1 c grated cheese

1 tbsp unsalted butter 

EPICURE Sea Salt to taste

EPICURE Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Slice veggies with 4 in 1 Mandoline.

Mix olive oil and Ancho Lime in 4 Cup Prep Bowl, add your veggies. Mix well. Place on the BBQ.

Mix Ancho Lime and Roasted Garlic Aioli with 1 tbsp olive oil in a Prep Bowl, stir.

Using basting brush , baste naans with oil mixture on both sides. Place on BBQ. If you wish you can make naan bread or prepare pizza dough at home.

Prepare Queso Blanco according to instructions, add Epicure Southwest Ranch to spice it up.

Once the bread is crisped up, spread Queso Blanco. Place veggies on top. Enjoy!
