Okonomiyaki for St. Patrick's Day
OKONOMIYAKI
Ingredients
1 C sliced cabbage
2 eggs whisked with mini whisk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pkg EPICURE Crispy & Crunchy coating
1 tsp EPICURE 3 Onion Dip
1 tsp EPICURE Asian Stir Fry
Sauce:
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1.5 tsp Mayo
1 avocado
juice of ½ lime
3 green onions chopped
1 tsp EPICURE Sesame Ginger dressing
cilantro(optional)
DIRECTIONS
Slice cabbage with 4 in 1 Mandoline.
Place all ingredients in 4 C Prep Bowl , sir until all ingredients incorporate. Bring frying pan with olive oil to medium high.
Using Prep Pro Scoop make scoops and place in the frying pan.
Flatten with Epicure flipper. Fry 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and crunchy. Meanwhile place all sauce ingredients in a blender, and give it a whirl. Plate Okonomiyaki, top with green sauce.
