TACO PIE

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1 C water

1 pkg EPICURE Taco seasoning

1 can beans of your choice

1 can diced tomatoes

1 pkg EPICURE Mac & Cheese

1 egg

¼ C milk of your choice

1 tbsp EPICURE 3 Onion Dip

3 Flour tortillas

¾ C shredded cheese of your choice

avocado

SALSA:

1 C diced tomatoes

½ tsp Epicure Poco Picante

Juice of ½ lime

DIRECTIONS

Place meat, water and seasoning in the frying pan on medium heat, fry until meat browned and thickened, add ¾ C tomatoes and can of beans, cook for another couple minutes, let the liquid to evaporate.

Using Meat Separator mash beans in the pan.

Place egg, milk, Mac &Cheese, and 3 Onion in 4 C prep bowl, whisk well, set aside.

Place tortilla in Epicure Round Cake Pan, spread 1/3 C beef mixture on top, place second tortilla, cover with cheese sauce, top with another tortilla, put another layer of meat mixture, top with shredded cheese. Place in the oven or microwave. In the oven 30 minutes at 350F.

Microwave option 6-8 minutes.

Slice avocado. Combine all ingredients for salsa.

Top your pie with slices of avocado and serve with the bowl of salsa.
