Italian Turkey Soup
Ingredients
6 C (1 1/2 L) Epicure’s Vegetable Broth Mix, prepared
1 stalk celery, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 C cheese filled tortellini or Italian noodles
2 Tbsp Epicure’s 3 Onion Dip Mix
1 C cubed, cooked turkey
1 C green peas
1 Tsp Epicure’s Pesto Sauce Mix
Epicure Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Bring Broth to a boil in Epicure’s 8 C Multipurpose Pot
Add celery, carrots and tortellini or noodles. Simmer 10 minutes.
Add 3 Onion Dip Mix, turkey, peas and Pesto Sauce Mix. Season with Salt and Pepper. Return to a boil and serve immediately.
