Italian Tuna Petites

Ingredients

2 170 grams cans Tuna in water

1 pk Epicure Tuna Casserole Seasoning

3/4 c bread crumbs

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 eggs lightly beaten

1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp lemon zest

1-2 tbsp chopped roasted peppers(optional)

Epicure Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Place Perfect Petites on a Sheet Pan. Lightly brush with oil; set aside.

Juice lemon using Epicure 2 in 1 Citrus Press

In a bowl mix all ingredients. Spoon mixture into Perfect Petites.

Bake 15-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool down completely, remove from silicone mold. 

Serve with prepared Epicure Lemon Dilly Dip.
