CUBAN MOJO PORK with SPANISH RICE

Ingredients

MARINADE

2 tbsp EPICURE Cuban Mojo

¾ c orange juice

1 tbsp olive oil

3 pieces of pork

SPANISH RICE

1 pkg EPICURE Spanish Rice

1.5 c rinsed white rice

4.5 c hot water

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp tomato paste

DIRECTIONS

Whisk marinate ingredients in 4 cup Prep Bowl, add pork, cover and put in the fridge overnight.

Place ingredients for Spanish rice in in Multipurpose Steamer, cover and microwave for 9 minutes.

Set Sauté Pan on medium high, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add meat and fry 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and when pierced, juice is clear.

Plate your meal. Enjoy!

Pork has more protein than chicken. It’s also packed with B vitamins, making it a great choice for a meat. Delicious and nutritious.
