ANCHO LIME LINGUINE with SHRIMP and MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

3/4 c milk

1 pkg EPICURE Mac & Cheese

500g Linguine

2 tbsp chopped white onion

1 c brown sliced mushrooms

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp EPICURE Ancho Lime

1c shrimp

1c green peas

DIRECTIONS

Prepare Mac & Cheese sauce by whisking milk and Mac & Cheese package in 4 cup Prep Bowl.

Cook pasta al dente in Multipurpose pot.

Set Sautee Pan on medium high, add olive oil, onion, mushrooms and Ancho Lime. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Incorporate shrimp and peas. Sauté until shrimp turns pink. Add pasta and Mac and Cheese sauce, toss well. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, green onions or chives. Serve with a glass of white wine. Enjoy!
