Classic Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 pkg Epicure Classic Meatloaf Seasoning

1 egg + 2 tbsp water

1 tbsp Epicure Minced Garlic

1/2 tsp Epicure Sea Salt

MARINARA SAUCE

1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes

1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes

3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 430° F.

Combine all meatball ingredients in Epicure 4 C prep bowl. To prevent sticking, moisten hands with water and form about 2 tbsp of mixture into evenly shaped meatballs.

Arrange meatballs about 1" apart on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Bake for 5–8 min

Reduce oven temperature to 350° F (175° C) and continue cooking for about 15 min, or until meatballs are fully cooked.

Prepare Marinara Sauce.

In Multipurpose Pot - 8 C, combine diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes and sauce mix. Simmer for 15 min. Mix meatballs with Marinara Sauce.

Serve over spaghetti or rice cooked according to these instructions.

Top with grated Parmesan cheese or chopped parsley.
