Whiskey Chocolates

Ingredients                             

Milk Chocolate layer

220g Belgian Milk Chocolate

1 tbsp salted butter

2.5 tbsp heavy cream

2.5 tbsp whiskey

 White Chocolate layer

220g White  Chocolate

1 tbsp salted butter

2.5 tbsp heavy cream

2.5 tbsp whiskey

 Dark Chocolate layer

220g Dark  Chocolate

1 tbsp salted butter

2.5 tbsp heavy cream

2.5 tbsp whiskey

                                       

 

Directions

Add chocolate, heavy cream and butter to a Multipurpose Steamer.  Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.  Add whiskey and whisk until smooth. Fill your Perfect Petite mold with mixture. TIP - place mold on Epicure Sheet Pan. Remember to remove air bubbles by gently tapping. Place in the fridge.

Repeat with white and dark chocolate layer.
