Zucchini Spiral Shrimp Toss

Ingredients                             

4 zucchini

3 C (1,5 L) Marinara Sauce, prepared

1,3 lb (520 g) peeled and deveined shrimp

1/2 C (125 ml) grated Parmesan, optional

1 recipe prepared Little Italy Finishing Sauce, for garnish

                                       

 

Directions

Turn the zucchini into spirals by twisting into the Veggie Twist & Spiral Slicer. Set aside.

Bring marinara sauce to a boil in a Perfect Pan. Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the shrimp has turned pink.

Toss with zucchini spirals until well mixed, and the zucchini starts to soften. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan and a drizzle of finishing sauce.
