Vegan Cha Cha Chili
VEGAN CHA CHA CHILI
Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 chopped onion
1 can(540ml) drained and rinsed kidney beans
2 C lentils
1 can(796 ml) diced tomatoes
1 Epicure Cha Cha Chili Seasoning
Epicure SPG Seasoning to taste
1/2 C black olives(optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place 2 cups of lentils with 2.5 C of water in Epicure Multipurpose Steamer and microwave for 6-8 minutes.
Sauté chopped onion with olive oil, add cooked lentils, stir in Cha Cha Chili Seasoning. Add diced tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add black olives(optional).
Flavor with SPG Seasoning, sprinkle with green onion (optional). Serve with a glass of chilled white wine.
