TOMATO SOUP

Ingredients

1 pkg EPICURE Tomato Soup Seasoning

1 can (6 oz/156 ml) tomato paste

4 cups water

2 tbsp heavy cream

Gluten free croutons

Gluten free bread

1 tsp EPICURE Herb & Garlic Dip

2 tbsp softened butter

 

DIRECTIONS

In a medium pot, whisk seasoning with tomato paste and water. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Lower heat and simmer 5–7 min, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and swirl in cream, if using.

Mix butter with dip seasoning. Spread butter mixture on both sides. Slice into sticks. Fry on both sides on a frying pan to crisp it up.

Ladle soup, top with croutons.
