FESTIVE kale SALAD

Ingredients

1/3 c olive oil

2 tsp apple cider

1 tsp EPICURE Honey Mustard

1 tsp EPICURE Balsamic Vinaigrette

Kale, washed, stems removed.

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1 pomegranate

½ c chopped red onion

1/3 c chopped candied pecans

½ c Feta cheese

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, make salad dressing with first 4 ingredients. Set aside.

Place kale in a mixing bowl, add lemon juice and massage for couple minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and toss it with salad dressing. Enjoy!

This salad will not get soggy!
