SUMMER PIZZA PASTA SALAD
DIRECTIONS
In a large Nesting Mixing Bowl, whisk well, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, SPG and Pizza dip; set aside.
Cook pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
Meanwhile slice pepperoni into rounds, if using.
Using 4 in 1 Mandoline dice onion and pepper. Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Cut bocconcini into bite-sized pieces. Place pepperoni, veggies and cheese in bowl with dressing. Add past to bowl, toss to mix.
