Crunchy Lemon Pepper Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts cubed
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cop white wine
1 Tbsp EPICURE Nourish Broth
1 Tbsp EPICURE Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper Wing seasoning
1/2 tsp EPICURE SPG
1 pkg EPICURE Crispy & Crunchy Coating
SALAD
2 c Lettuce
1 apple
1 cup Spinach
Blueberries
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp EPICURE Balsamic Vinaigrette
DIRECTIONS
Prepare marinade by placing white wine, olive oil, Lemon Pepper seasoning, Herb & Garlic Dip mix , Nourish Broth, SPG in Nesting Mixing Bowl, whisk well, add chicken. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Place Crispy and Crunchy coating in the big size Nesting Mixing bowl. Remove chicken from marinate and transfer to
Crispy & Crunchy coating, toss with hands until chicken is evenly coated.
Preheat BBQ to 400F. Oil grills with little bit of oil.
Thread chicken on Grill Boss skewers.
Once grill is hot, place skewers on the grill for about 10-12 minutes, flip over every 2-3 minutes, so each side is evenly cooked or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
While chicken is cooking prepare salad.
Whisk dressing ingredients.
Wash and peel your veggies, add dressing toss well.
