Spot Prawns with Citrusy Salad

SPOT PRAWNS with CITRUSY SALAD

Ingredients

1 lb Spot prawns or shrimp of your choice

1 tsp Epicure SPG

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp butter

2 shallots

1 tsp Epicure Minced Garlic

1/3 c cocktail tomatoes

1 tbsp white wine Chardonnay

Romaine lettuce

1/3 bell pepper

1/3 c corn

CITRUSY DRESSING:

¼ c olive oil

½ lemon

2 tsp honey

1 tbsp EPICURE Southwest Ranch

DIRECTIONS

Peel and devein prawns. Season with SPG. Preheat Sautee Pan , add olive oil and butter. Add prawns to the pan, let them cook for a minute. Add chopped shallots, garlic, tomatoes and wine. Cook everything for another minute.

Using Prep Pro Chef Knife chop lettuce, slice bell pepper, place in the medium size bowl and toss with corn. Juice lemon with 2 in 1 Citrus Press. Place dressing ingredients in 4 cup Prep Bowl and whisk. Add dressing to salad . Mix well.

Plate salad, top with prawns, enjoy!
