Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 Tbsp EPICURE Fajita any of your favourite spices
EPICURE Sea Salt to taste
EPICURE Turmeric and Black Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
Blot chickpeas dry with paper towel. In a bowl, mix chickpeas with oil, and seasoning of your choice.
Spread in a single layer on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until peas are browned and crunchy.
Serve as snack or soup or salad topper.
