Epically Creamy Horseradish

Ingredients

1 jar (250 ml) of horseradish in vinegar

½ c sour cream

½-1 tsp powdered sugar

1 hard boiled egg yolk

Epicure Sea Salt to taste

Epicure Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Drain horseradish and squeeze out vinegar.

Using fork mush up egg yolk with sugar, combine with sour cream, add horseradish, mix well.

Add Sea Salt and Turmeric & Black Pepper to taste.
