Power-Up Flurries

Ingredients

2 frozen peeled & chopped bananas

1/2 C milk of your choice

1/4 C coarsely chopped fresh or frozen strawberries

1 scoop EPICURE Power Up Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Blend

1 tbsp EPICURE Cocoa Crunch or Tutti Fruity Whole Food Topper

1 tbsp nut or seed butter, your choice2 tomatoes

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor or high-speed blender, puree bananas, milk, strawberries, protein blend, whole food topper, and nut butter until smooth. Scrape down sides to ensure all ingredients are blended, as needed. If needed, add more milk, one tbsp at a time to blend.

Divide between glasses and shake on more topper, if desired.
