Pork & Pineapple Stir Fry

Ingredients

1/2 C brown sugar

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp Epicure Roasted Garlic Aioli

1/4 C ketchup

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1/4 C soya sauce

1 lb pork stripes

1 tbsp of olive oil

2 tbsp Epicure Asian Stir Fry Seasoning

1/2 onion

1 red pepper

2 celery stalks

2 C snap peas

1 can baby corn

1/2 pineapple cut into chunks(reserve pineapple juice and mix with 1 tbsp cornstarch)

Epicure Black Pepper

Epicure Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

Place first 6 ingredients in 4 Cup Prep Bowl.

Using piano wire whisk mix well. Place pork in mixture and marinade for 30 minutes. In a wok bring 1 Tbsp oil to med high heat. Add pork strips and Asian Stir Fry Seasoning. Cook 5- 7 minutes. Remove from wok.

Using 4 in 1 Mandoline slice onion and red pepper.

Cut your celery diagonally. Place all veggies and Asian Stir Fry in wok, mix everything and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Add pineapple chunks, pour in pineapple juice with cornstarch. Thicken sauce by cooking for another 3 minutes. Add pork and heat it through.

Serve with rice, prepared according to this recipe, sprinkle with Everything Bagel Whole Food Topper.
