Philly-style cheesesteak

Ingredients

6 buns or hoagies of your choice

1 lb ground chicken or beef

1 pkg EPICURE Philly-Style Cheesesteak

1 tsp oil

1 red bell pepper

½ onion

1 pkg EPICURE Mac & Cheese

1/3 C milk of your choice

1/3 C grated Cheddar cheese

¼ C mayonnaise

1 tsp EPICURE Roasted Garlic Aioli

DIRECTIONS

Put frying pan with olive on medium heat, add ground meat and ½ package of Epicure Philly-style Cheesesteak and fry it until cooked.

Remove from the frying pan and set aside.

Place hot water in 4 cup Prep Bowl, pour soya sauce and Pad Thai Seasoning, stir and set aside.

Put wok or sauté pan on medium heat, add oil. Add shrimp and cook for couple minutes, tossing using Grip and Grab. Add sliced peppers.

Whisk eggs with mini whisk, add to the wok.

Let it cook until eggs are set. Add rice noodles and prepared sauce, mix well. Using 2 in 1 Citrus press squeeze juice out of lime. Crush ziploc bagged peanuts with 2 in 1 Citrus Press. Pour juice and top with crushed peanuts. Enjoy!

Slice all your veggies and add to the frying pan together with the remaining ½ package of Philly-Style Cheesesteak, sauté for 3 minutes, add meat to your veggie mix. Cook another 2 minutes.

Using mini whisk mix Mac & Cheese with milk in 4 C Prep Bowl, add cheddar cheese, stir well. Microwave for 45 sec, stir and set aside.

Cut buns in the middle into 2 parts.

Mix mayonnaise with Epicure Roasted Garlic Aioli and spread it on your buns. Place meat mixture on the bottoms. Top with cheese sauce, cover with tops. Place on sheet pan lined with silicone liner and cover with another silicone liner. Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
