No Knead Bread

Ingredients

3 C all purpose flour

1.5 C water

1/4 tsp dry yeast

1.5 tsp EPICURE Sea Salt

1 tsp your favourite Epicure Dip (optional)

1/2 C all purpose flour

DIRECTIONS

Combine first 5 ingredients, stir, no knead, cover with plastic wrap.

Dough will be shaggy and sticky. Let rise for 12 hours.

Dough is ready when its surface is dotted with bubbles.

Preheat oven to 375F.

Lightly flour a work surface and place dough on it. Add remaining flour, and fold it over on itself once or twice. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rest about 15 minutes. Using just enough flour to keep dough from sticking to work surface or to your fingers, gently and quickly shape dough into a ball. Gently transfer to Epicure Multipurpose Steamer. Cover with lid and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then remove lid and bake another 15 to 20 minutes, until loaf is beautifully browned.
