Meximelts

Ingredients

Flour tortillas

1 lb lean ground beef

1 Epicure Taco Seasoning package

1/2 C Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 C Cheddar cheese

1/2 C cream cheese

1 tsp Epicure Nacho Cheese Dip

1/8 C milk

1 can crushed tomatoes

1 tsp Epicure Poco Picante Salsa Mix

2 tbsp of lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

Place meat in Epicure Rectangular Steamer or Epicure Multipurpose Steamer, add content of Taco seasoning. Mix well with Epicure Meat Separator .

Microwave for 5 minutes.

With 3 in 1 Citrus Press juice 1/2 lemon.

Prepare salsa by mixing tomatoes, Poco Picante and lemon juice.

Place all 3 cheeses and milk in Epicure 4 in 1 Prep bowl, mix, microwave for 1 minute. Add Nacho Cheese Dip seasoning, stir well.

Strain salsa, so it’s not too liquidy.

Assemble meximelts. Serve with the salad of your choice.
