Italian Meatballs with Rosée Sauce
ITALIAN Meatballs with ROSÉE Sauce
Ingredients
1 pkg EPICURE Italian Meatball Seasoning
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
1 lb (450 g) lean ground pork or 2 lb ground chicken
2 eggs
1⁄4 cup milk, your choice
1⁄4 cup Parmesan cheese, optional
ROSÉE Sauce
1 pkg EPICURE Rosée Sauce
1 1⁄2 cups milk, your choice
1⁄2 cup tomato paste
grated Parmesan Cheese - optional
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
In a large bowl, combine al ingredients. Using Prep Pro Scoop(2 tbsp)
form mixture into 32 meatballs. Arrange on pan. Bake 15–18 min, or until cooked through. Meanwhile prepare Rosée Sauce.
Empty package of Rosée Sauce into Round Steamer, add milk and tomato paste; whisk to combine. Microwave on high 4–5 min, or until thickened, whisking halfway through. Remove meatballs from the oven and roll in Rosée Sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top and serve with pasta.
