SALMON Patties

Ingredients

1 pkg EPICURE Crispy and Crunchy Coating

1 small onion (or 1/2 large), grated and/or

1 tsp EPICURE 3 Onion Dip mixed with a tablespoon of water

1 tsp Epicure Lemon Dilly Dip

1 tsp Epicure Minced Garlic

1 egg

170 g/ 6 oz cooked fresh salmon OR canned red or pink salmon , drained

¼ tsp Epicure SPG

1/2 cup parmesan , grated or shredded

CAULIFLOWER PUREE

1 small cauliflower

1 tsp Epicure Lemon Dilly

1/2 tsp Epicure Smoked Spanish Paprika

LEMON DILLY DIP

1/3 c yogurt or sour cream

1 tsp Epicure Lemon Dilly dip

1 tbsp capers

DIRECTIONS

Grate onion.

Mix first 5 ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

Add salmon and SPG.  Stir well until everything is combined.

Preheat oven to 425F.

Using Epicure’s Prep Pro Scoop (1/4 Cup) divide mixture, and shape it into patties. Place on a ¼ sheet pan lined with a silicone liner. Sprinkle patties with parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes, flip, and bake another  5 minutes.

Place washed and chopped cauliflower in a Round Steamer and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Transfer steamed cauliflower to a blender and blend until desired consistency.

Make Lemon Dilly Dip by mixing all ingredients. Enjoy!
