Ingredients

Veggies for charcuterie board

1 cup diced canned/fresh tomatoes

1 tbsp EPICURE Poco Picante Salsa mix

¾-1 c softened cream cheese

Splash of lime

DIRECTIONS

Place tomatoes, Poco picante, and lime juice in a medium-sized bowl. Stir well. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then taste for spiciness. Add cream cheese and mix until combined.

Prepare the veggies and assemble the board.
