Jacqueline’s Artichoke dip

Ingredients                             

3 Tbsp Epicure Artichoke dip mix

1 cup mayonnaise

1 250 gm package light cream cheese

20 spinach leaves - chopped into strips

1 14 oz. can Artichokes hearts - drained and chopped

1/2 cup parmesan cheese - grated

Sea Salt and Pepper -to taste

water chestnut - chopped fine (optional)

Directions

In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and heat for 20 sec to soften. Remove from oven and sti in Artichoke dip, mayonnaise, chopped artichoke, spinach and grated parmesan cheese. Combine. Taste and adjust flavor with Sea Salt and Pepper. Stir well and put in 2.1/2 cup Baking Dish. Bake in 400 degrees in oven for 30 minutes or until warmed thoroughly and top is slightly browned.

Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or veggies.
