Home Style Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
1 pkg Puff pastry
1 pkg EPICURE Home-Style Chicken Stew Seasoning
2 1⁄2 cups water, divided
2 cups cubed potatoes
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1 tbsp oil
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bites
1/4 tsp EPICURE SPG
1 cup frozen peas
DIRECTIONS
Put Sautee Pan on medium heat. Flavour chicken with SPG, add to the pan. Keep turning chicken pieces with Grip and Grab. In a bowl, combine seasoning with 2 cups water. Set aside.
Cut and dice veggies with 4 in 1 Mandoline.
Place veggies in Round Steamer, add 1/2c water and microwave for 8 minutes. Preheat oven to 375F.
Add veggies, including frozen peas and seasoning mixed with water to chicken, mix well. Thicken for another 5 minutes. Ladle into baking dishes.
Cut pieces of puff pastry so they fit on your baking dishes. Score to let the steam out and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
