Hearty Beef Burgers
Ingredients
Multigrain bun
1 tbsp EPICURE Hearty Beef Stew
1 lb lean ground beef
1tbsp EPICURE Honey Mustard or mustard of your choice
1 tbsp ketchup
Slices of cheese of your choice
Stripes of onion, slices of pickle and tomato
SWEET POTATO FRIES
2 sweet potatoes peeled
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp EPICURE Smoked Spanish Paprika
1 tsp EPICURE Chipotle Aioli
1/2 tsp EPICURE Sea Salt
CHIPOTLE AIOLI
1 tbsp EPICURE Chipotle Aioli Mix
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice, optional
DIRECTIONS
Mix well in 4 C Prep Bowl. Make patties using Burger Press.
Fry burgers in a Sauté Pan on medium high. Top burgers with cheese, at the end.
Cut potatoes into fries. Place in the medium sized bowl add oil, toss it well. Mix Smoked Spanish Paprika, Chipotle Aioli and Sea salt, sprinkle over oiled fries. Place fries on the Cooling Rack on the top of the Sheet Pan and bake at 425F.
In a bowl, whisk together aioli mix and mayonnaise, add lemon juice, if desired. Let stand 10–15 min to allow flavors to blend. Plate your burgers. Enjoy!
