Fish & Shrimp Burgers with Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

8-10 shrimp

2 cod fillets

¼ c Epicure Crispy & Crunchy Coating

2 tbsp Epicure West Coast Burger seasoning

1 egg

1/2 tsp Epicure SPG

TARTAR SAUCE

½ c mayo

½ lemon

1 tsp Epicure Lemon Dilly

2 tbsp chopped pickles/relish

1 tsp Epicure 3 Onion dip

Mix the ingredients in a prep bowl.

DIRECTIONS

Chop fish and shrimp, add remaining ingredients. Using basting brush oil Perfect Portion Bagel & Donut Pan.

Fill 4 indentations with fish mixture. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes.

Juice lemon using 2 in 1 Citrus Press . Mix tartar sauce ingredients in a prep bowl.

Prepare salad of your choice.

Plate salad with fish burger on top. Fill burgers indentation with tartar sauce. Enjoy!
