Creamy Pesto Turkey Linguine

Ingredients

½(454g) package of Linguine

1 package EPICURE Alfredo Sauce Mix

1 C cooked turkey

4 mushrooms

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp butter

1.5 C milk

2 tsp EPICURE Pesto Sauce Mix

 EPICURE Sea Salt Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Using Ceramic knife slice mushrooms. Bring frying pan with olive oil to medium high, add mushrooms, sauté for couple minutes, salt to taste. Put aside.

Place milk and Alfredo Sauce Mix in 8 C Multipurpose Pot, bring to boil on medium high while whisking.

 Add Pesto, mix well until sauce thickens.

Cook pasta accordingly to instructions on the box, save 1 cup of pasta water.

Place turkey, and Alfredo Sauce in the frying pan with mushrooms.

Mix well.  Add cooked linguine, stir, add some pasta water if needed.

Freshly grated parmesan cheese will enhance this dish immensely.
