Ingredients

1 pkg EPICURE Citrus Lime No-Bake Cheesecake Mix (Pack of 2)

1 brick (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese, room temperature

1 cup whipping cream

1 whole pineapple

DIRECTIONS

Using a hand mixer, beat mix with cream cheese and whipping cream on medium-high speed until smooth, about 2 min.

Serve dip in hollowed out pineapple. Serve with fruit and crackers.
