BROCCOli cheddar soup with Biscuits
Ingredients
1 pkg EPICURE Broccoli Cheddar Soup Seasoning
2 cups milk, your choice
1 1 ⁄ 2 cups water
2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
1 ⁄ 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
EPICURE SPG to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a medium pot, whisk seasoning with milk and water. Stir in broccoli. Bring to a boil over mediumhigh heat, stirring constantly. Lower heat and simmer 5 min, or until broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. For a smoother soup, purée with an immersion blender, if desired. Prepare Quick Biscuits. Enjoy!
