Ingredients
Mocha Tiramisu Bites
1 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp EPICURE Mocha Coffee drink mix
6 cookies of your choice
1/4 cup light cream cheese, softened
PINA COLADA Dessert
EPICURE Sugar cookies
3 tbsp unsweetened coconut
½ c cream cheese
1 tsp EPICURE Luscious Lemon Curd mix
2 Tbsp whipped cream
2 Tbsp drained crushed pineapple
BAKED APPLE CRUMBLE
1/2 c granola
EPICURE Baked Apple Dip Mix or Cranapple Cinnamon Dip Mix
½ cup chopped apple
1-2 Tbsp EPICURE Red Pepper Jelly
1 cup whipped cream
EPICURE Churro popcorn seasoning
SPICED APPLE CIDER
1 cup unsweetened apple juice or fresh-pressed apple cider
1 tbsp EPICURE Spiced Apple Cider
DIRECTIONS
MOCHA TIRAMISU BITES
Using an electric mixer, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine hot water and coffee drink mix; stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese. Using electric mixer, beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. To assemble, pipe or spoon cream cheese mixture over cookies. Add toppings, if desired.
PINA COLADA Dessert
Prepare sugar cookies, reserve broken pieces.
Mix cheese with Luscious Lemon and whipped cream.
Grab a nice glass and start layering the delicious Pina Colada Dessert:
-crushed cookies
- 2 tsp coconut
-pineapple
- Luscious Lemon mix
Decorate with sugar cookie and pineapple chunk.
BAKED APPLE CRUMBLE
Flavour granola with Baked Apple Dip mix or Cranapple Cinnamon Dip mix .
Start layering-
-granola
-chopped apple drizzled with some lemon juice to prevent from browning
-Red Pepper Jelly
- whipped cream
Sprinkle with Churro.
SPICED APPLE CIDER
Rim your glass with Spiced Apple Cider by rubbing a piece of orange around the rim of your glass to moisten it. Dip the rim into a plate of Spiced Apple Cider Mix, ensuring it sticks evenly. Gently tap off the excess and admire your perfectly rimmed glass.
Pour juice into a microwave-safe mug. Microwave on high until hot, 1–2 min. Stir in mix until dissolved.
