Breakfast Wraps

Ingredients

4 wraps of your choice

8 little potatoes or 2 large russet potatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

3 eggs

½ c milk

1 tbsp EPICURE Guacamole Dip mix

1 tsp EPICURE 3 Onion Dip mix

1 Bell Pepper

¼ onion

1 tomato

1/4c chopped spinach

3 slices of cold cut of your choice

¼ tsp EPICURE SPG

½ c shredded cheese(optional)

EPICURE Sea Salt to taste

EPICURE Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Chop potatoes, sprinkle with Sea Salt, place in the Rectangular Steamer and microwave for 5 minutes. Set Sauté Pan on medium high with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Whisk eggs in 4 cup Prep Bowl, add milk and seasoning. Using Ceramic Knife cut veggies and protein, add to the Sauté Pan, mix in potatoes, fry for 5 minutes, add spinach and SPG. Now is the time to add eggs and scramble them, add cheese if you wish.

Divide egg mixture into 4 and spread on wraps.

Roll up tightly, pin together with toothpicks.

Place  in a Ziploc bag or wrap with clingwrap.

Enjoy!
