BREAKFAST STRATA

Ingredients

1/2 loaf/baguette cut into cubes

2 Tbsp butter

1.5 Tbsp EPICURE Herb & Garlic Dip

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 chopped onion

2 c chopped ham steak or 250 g ham

2 c chopped spinach

4 large eggs

2 c milk 1%

1 Tbsp + 1 tsp EPICURE Spinach & Artichoke Dip

150 g grated cheddar or Swiss cheese

1 tsp EPICURE SPG or

EPICURE Sea Salt(grinder) to taste

EPICURE Black Pepper(grinder) to taste

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter in Prep Bowl, add seasoning, mix well.

Place baguette in the medium size mixing bowl, add butter and toss, so butter mixture will be distributed equally.

Preheat oven to 375F.

Spread pieces of baguette on Sheet Pan lined with Silicone Liner and bake for 10-12 minutes, until just toasted.

Crack eggs into 4 C Prep Bowl and whisk for couple minutes, add milk and Spinach & Artichoke dip, set aside.

Put Sauté Pan with olive on medium heat, brown chopped onion, add ham and let it brown also. Place bread in a casserole, add 3/4 of egg mixture, top with chopped spinach. Using Grip & Grab toss bread and spinach. Add ham, onion and cheese( leaving 1/2-1 cup for the top) and mix well using Grip and Grab. Pour in remaining egg mixture.

Top with the cheese. Bake in preheated oven 375F for 40 minutes.

You can also place the casserole in the fridge, and have it ready to bake for breakfast the next morning. Enjoy!
