Black Pasta with Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
6 cups of cooked black spaghetti
2 c mushrooms
1 lb lean ground beef
1 pkg EPICURE Beef Stroganoff
1 3/4 cups water
1 tsp olive oil
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
EPICURE Sea salt to taste
EPICURE Black Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
In 4 cup Prep Bowl whisk water with Beef Stroganoff seasoning. Set aside.
Heat oil in Sauté Pan or large fry pan over medium-high heat. Brown beef. Remove from pan. Clean and slice mushrooms. Add mushrooms to pan and brown.
Return beef and any juices to pan, then stir in reserved seasoning mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 3 min.
Remove from heat and stir in Greek yogurt and Worcestershire sauce.
Serve over cooked black spaghetti. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
