Baked Apples with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

6 apples, size adequate to fit in Muffin Maker

½ cup rolled oats

3 tbsp melted butter

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tsp EPICURE Apple Pie, EPICURE Cinnamon or EPICURE Pumpkin Pie Seasoning

1 pkg EPICURE Caramel Sauce

DIRECTIONS

Set oven on 375F. Place Muffin Maker on a sheet pan lined with sheet pan liner. Fill muffin cavities with 1 tbsp of water.

Wash apples. Trim the tops and scoop out the center leaving a well. Place rolled oats, melted butter, brown sugar and spices in 4 Cup Prep Bowl and mix well. Fill in the apples, place in a Muffin Maker and bake for 30-45 minutes.

Prepare Caramel Sauce according to the instructions on the package.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce.
