1 tbsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
For the Salad Base
6 cups crisp greens
1 cup cucumber slices
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced (optional for healthy fats)
½ cup shaved Parmesan or feta
Sweet Maple Dressing
1Tbsp Sweet Maple Blend
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
½–1 tsp maple syrup (optional for balance)
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Directions
1. Season the chicken
Pat chicken dry. Sprinkle both sides with Ultimate Chicken Seasoning and a light pinch of salt/pepper if needed.
2. Pan-fry for maximum flavor
Heat butter + olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.
Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Rest 5 minutes, then slice into strips or chunks.
3. Make the Sweet Maple Dressing
Whisk together:
Olive oil • apple cider vinegar • Dijon • lemon juice • Sweet Maple Blend • optional maple syrup.
Taste and adjust acidity/sweetness to preference.
4. Assemble the salad
Layer greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions.
Add avocado + cheese if using.
Top with sliced warm chicken.
Drizzle with Sweet Maple Dressing and toss gently.
