Wellness Smoothie

Ingredients                             

1/2 scoop Vanilla Optimum Vegan Protein Blend, or (1/2 C/125 ml) Greek Yogurt

1/2 C (125 ml) frozen mango

1/4 C (60 ml) Turmeric & Ginger Enhanced Herbal Tea, brewed, chilled

1/2 banana

1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water.

Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
