Thai basil chicken
Ingredients
2 c, 1⁄2 lb (227 g) trimmed green beans
1 tbsp oil
1 lb (450 g) lean ground chicken
1 pkg EPICURE Thai Basil Chicken
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
4 cups baby spinach
1–2 tsp fish sauce, optional
1/4 tsp EPICURE SPG
DIRECTIONS
Cut beans into 1" pieces. Set aside.
Heat oil in Sautee Pan over medium-high heat, add beans, chicken and seasoning; stir-fry 2 min, breaking up meat with ground meat separator. Add soya sauce.
Stir in green beans and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 min, or until chicken is cooked. Add spinach, stir-fry until spinach is wilted. Stir in fish sauce, if desired. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
