Sheet Pan chicken souvlaki
Ingredients
1 lbs (454g) skinless chicken thighs
1/4 tsp EPICURE SPG
1 c cherry tomatoes
1 can rinsed and drained chick peas
1 bell pepper sliced
1 pkg EPICURE Chicken Souvlaki
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
Place chicken in a large bowl, flavour with SPG. Add tomatoes, chickpeas, bell pepper. In a separate bowl mix Chicken Souvlaki seasoning with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Mix well and pour into the big bowl with chicken and veggies. Toss until well coated.
Arrange in a single layer on Sheet Pan Liner. Roast 18 min or until chicken is cooked through. If desired, serve with pitas and optional toppings.
