Sesame Ginger Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

16 oz (1 lb) lean ground beef – or swap with chicken, turkey, or pork or shredded chicken

1 Tbsp Sesame Ginger Blend

1 Tbsp soy sauce (low sodium) or tamari (for gluten-free)

2 cups coleslaw mix (kale slaw or classic blend)

2 Tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing 8 lettuce leaves (Boston or romaine work best)

Optional: Wonton crisps for extra crunch (skip if low-carb)

Optional topping: Garlic Aioli (see recipe on package)

DIRECTIONS

Cook the filling In a frying pan, brown the ground meat with Sesame Ginger blend and soy sauce over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes, until cooked through.

Toss the slaw In a bowl.

Combine the coleslaw mix with Sesame Ginger Dressing until evenly coated.

Assemble the wraps Lay out lettuce leaves.

Spoon in the seasoned meat, top with the dressed slaw, and finish with a drizzle of Garlic Aioli.
