Swamp Dip

SWAMP DIP

Ingredients

1/4 C unsalted butter

1/2 C chopped red pepper

1/2 C chopped onion

10 oz frozen, thawed, drained and chopped spinach

1 tbsp Epicure Spinach Dip

1x 14oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 tsp Epicure Artichoke Dip or CCB Dip

2 tsp Epicure Minced Garlic

1 C sour cream

4 oz cream cheese at room temperature

1 C shredded mozzarella cheese

2/3 C grated Parmesan

Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste

Epicure Turmeric and Black Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).

In Epicure Fry Pan melt butter over medium heat.

Add red pepper, minced garlic and onion. Cook until onions are softened.

In a large bowl , stir together all ingredients, add onion mixture, season with salt and pepper.

Transfer to Epicure Multipurpose Steamer and microwave or bake until cheese is melted. Serve warm with bread, crackers or veggies.
