Swamp Dip
SWAMP DIP
Ingredients
1/4 C unsalted butter
1/2 C chopped red pepper
1/2 C chopped onion
10 oz frozen, thawed, drained and chopped spinach
1 tbsp Epicure Spinach Dip
1x 14oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 tsp Epicure CCB Dip
2 tsp Epicure Minced Garlic
1 C sour cream
4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 C grated Parmesan
Epicure SPG to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
In Epicure Sauté Pan melt butter over medium heat.
Add red pepper, minced garlic and onion. Cook until onions are softened.
In a large bowl , stir together all ingredients, add onion mixture, season with SPG.
Transfer to Epicure Multipurpose Steamer and microwave or bake until cheese is melted. Serve warm with bread, crackers or veggies.
